A solution given was to uninstall my video driver, then begin the Upgrade process. This succeeded and re-installed the video driver as part of the process. I’m now successfully running Windows 11. Since the Windows update KB4592449 has been identified as a culprit to the Work Folder sync error, you can simply uninstall the update from your device to resolve the issue. To upgrade to the Windows 10 successor i.e. Microsoft had numerous ideas for me to try.none of which succeeded.įinally, online I found some Windows 11 Install issues, similar to mine.
